Mathematica is a very advanced symbolic and numeric evaluation capable mathematical workbench. During my laboratory studies, I have used Mathematica extensively for modelling nonlinear dynamic systems, chaos and bifurcations. It has incredible symbolic evaluation capabilities, meaning that it is solving equation systems like humans instead of numerical solutions. STRUTT-INCE STABILITY DIAGRAM

In this example a Strutt stability diagram of a semi stable nonlinear dynamical system is calculated and drawn. 32 ATOM LATTICE SIMULATION

This simulation is to prior to a 32 atom lattice nano-mechanical simulation. It is to test if the atomic responses, calculations and error margin are right.
